I am Hungarian girl, full time worker. 
I am looking for beautiful clean studio or one bed room unit, aprtment, holiday accomodation near COOGEE. 

Since 10 years, I rent few units and 100% always get back bond, and never problems for inspection. I am very very care of house. clean always. 
some years ago, Owner very happy what I care the unit, he discount rent for me to stay more longer. 

I am : 
- Pay rent always up to date (never late in my life) 
- very clean the unit. specially kitchin and bathroom. 
normaly I take off my shoose in the room, so flooer also never dust 
- No smoke, No pet, drink some times at bar 
- If it reasonable rent, I would like to countract from 1 year (long term)
